1. Our Wooden Toys Collection is the fastest to ship so if you're looking for a beautiful gift in a hurry - this is your collection! On average 'Toy Only' orders are shipped within 7 days, this is provided there are only toys from this category in your order. If you have added Customised products or Educational Resources your order will dispatch when the entire order is complete.
2. Our Milestones & Mayhem branded products (think all customised products) are designed and produced in our studio and workshop on the NSW South Coast of Australia, these products are created with much love & care - please allow 3-4 weeks for creation, completion & to be dispatched. This includes but is not limited to our Timber Plaques, Engraved Cutting Boards, Pet ID Tags, Teachers gifts, Name Puzzles, Original Australia Puzzle, Beehive Puzzle, Shapes Puzzle, Acrylic Tracing Boards, Sight Words Collection, Numbers & Alphabet ranges. Occasionally during peak operating times our turnarounds will be extended - please allow us an extra 1-2 weeks during these periods, Easter / EOFY / Christmas / New Year.
3. NSW Creative Kids Vouchers (Creative Writing Kit) - please allow 2-3 weeks for production keeping in mind that Services NSW takes around 10 business days to validate your voucher.
4. Our Timber Baby Milestone ranges are produced as a priority (as we know babies arrive on their own schedule) these will be shipped within 2-3 weeks, if you require them sooner please contact us to arrange a rush order.

For all major holidays we provide an order 'cut off' date and a corresponding 'Ship by' date - the cut off date is the last possible date for you to order for a certain seasonal holiday such as Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, Back to School etc. Regular production turn arounds do not apply, these orders will ship according to the 'Ship by' date indicated to ensure it is received in time for the occasion.

Christmas: Custom VS Non Custom Orders - TBA in the three months before - orders placed before Christmas Cut off will be shipped by the first week of December
Easter: TBA in the three months before

Safe delivery & Authority to Leave:
Our orders are sent by Tracked Australia Post e-parcel service, Couriers Please and Fastways ensuring that your order can be traced. If no-one is at home when Australia Post or the courier delivers, you should receive a 'calling card' explaining where to collect the parcel from the Post Office (or for couriers, a pick up point or info on how to arrange redelivery). If no-one will be at home during the day, you might consider having the order shipped to a work address. We take no responsibility in the event that a parcel is not received if it has been scanned by Australia Post or our Courier Service as 'Delivered' in this event it will be your responsibility to follow up with the delivery service using the tracking number we have provided.
